Located in Henderson, Nevada, near the exciting and diverse community of Las Vegas, ProCaps Laboratories is a large and rapidly growing manufacturer with approximately 350 employees that markets several hundred dietary supplement SKUs, along with an expanding line of functional foods (bars, packets, bottles, etc.)

WHAT YOU BRING (MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS)

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred)
• 3–5 years of accounting experience
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Ross experience a plus!)
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Desire to grow and learn in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
• Respect for confidentiality and integrity in all work

WHAT YOU’LL DO (OTHER ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)

• Prepare monthly account reconciliations and journal entries
• Analyze and track expenses for accuracy and trends
• Generate P&L reports and contribute to monthly financial statements
• Oversee AP/AR processes and step in as needed
• Manage and maintain prepaid expenses and accruals
• Support the month-end close and ERP data accuracy
• Train and supervise AP and AR team members
• Assist with sales and inventory reports
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve accounting challenges
