We are seeking a dynamic eLearning Specialist to design, develop, and deliver engaging digital training content that enhances skills, knowledge, and performance across all departments. This role is crucial in implementing company-wide eLearning initiatives that support both customer-facing and internal teams.
As the eLearning Specialist, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to convert in-person training into interactive eLearning modules, create new digital content, maintain the accuracy of our learning management system (LMS), and integrate eLearning into live training environments.
While this role has no direct supervisory responsibilities, it serves as a coach and mentor, supporting training initiatives across multiple departments.

WHAT YOU BRING (MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS)
- Trainer Certification from Association for Talent Development (ATD) preferred but not required
- 2+ years in Learning and Development, Training, or eLearning development
- Experience developing eLearning content using platforms such as Lessonly, Articulate, or similar LMS software
- Experience in the Supplement or Nutraceutical industry is strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of instructional design and eLearning best practices
- Ability to translate complex processes into clear, interactive training content
- Proficiency in creating competency assessments and tracking training impact
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with various training methods, including coaching, instructor led training, interactive training, on-the-job training, computer-based training, and video-based training
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and eLearning development tools
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience developing eLearning content in Lessonly or equivalent platforms.
- Experience within the Supplement or Nutraceutical industry strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate practices, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
- Ability to convert practices and tribal knowledge into standardized training through workshops, on the job training material, and computer based training.
- Ability to develop competency assessments.
- Ability to effectively track training and provide a cadence of refresher training
WHAT YOU’LL DO (OTHER ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Responsible for the design and implementation of digital learning pathways and training modules utilizing the eLearning platform
- Develops engaging eLearning courses, instructional videos, and interactive training content to support role-specific competencies across the organization
- Work directly with subject matter experts to design and refine training content that meets company standards and learning objectives
- Maintain the accuracy and functionality of the eLearning platform, ensuring seamless access and usability
- Expected to outline and produce engaging learning experiences utilizing a training plan and strategy.
- Coordinate with leadership to deploy structured learning pathways and refresher training sessions
- Conduct training needs assessments, analyze feedback, and implement updates to ensure training materials remain relevant and effective
- Develop and facilitate competency assessments to measure training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
- Track training participation, measure effectiveness, and provide recommendations for ongoing learning and development initiatives
- Builds and maintains modern and engaging instructional videos and eLearning content
- Works directly with management to determine the best approach for each instructional video request.
- Provide a cadence of refresher training
- Improve problem solving and critical thinking employee skills
- Serve as a resource for new employees, providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support the company’s learning and development objectives
